Should you require any special assistance or have a query, the staff at the information counters located in the public area of departures hall will help you. If you prefer to use the information telephones, several can be found at various points throughout the airport terminal.

Assistance to passengers at the information counters is available from 6:00am to 00:00am.

Support services for passengers with reduced mobility are provided by special handlers from your airline.

The Faro Airport is equipped with lifts/elevators and toilet facilities to accommodate persons in wheel chairs.

Telephones are located at various points within the terminal and at the information counters.

You may leave your complaints or suggestions in one of the many boxes inside the terminal or at the iInformation counters.
